MJ Designs was approached by the Sunshine Ranches board, which is a community in South Florida, in order to redesign the community logo, as well as the logo and branding for their monthly "Waggler" Community Magazine. The goal was to create a more modern, exciting, and relevant logo, that better reflects the community, and to uplift the design of the magazine by redesigning all components and applying this new branding.
